Job Description

Job Summary The host is the first point of contact for guests. They welcome customers, manage reservations, and coordinate seating while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly attitude Manage waitlists and reservations Escort guests to their tables Provide menus and inform guests about specials Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage table turnover Answer phone calls and take reservations Maintain a clean and organized front area Handle guest questions and basic complaints professionally Work as a team with the rest of staff Able to problem solve

Pay:

$9.50 - $13.00 per hour
