Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their visit Manage restaurant reservation systems efficiently, including Aloha POS and Micros POS platforms, to optimize seating flow Coordinate table assignments and monitor wait times using restaurant table management systems to ensure timely seating Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, providing information and taking reservations as needed Assist guests with seating arrangements, special requests, and guest relations to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring readiness for daily operations Support food safety protocols by following proper procedures when handling guest information and reservations Qualifications Prior experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant setting is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members Experience with restaurant reservation management and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and reservations efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices to ensure guest well-being Ability to handle phone communication professionally, demonstrating good phone etiquette at all times Basic math skills for managing reservations, guest counts, and table allocations effectively Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences by providing outstanding guest services!
