As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience. Alchemy is a lively, high-volume restaurant serving creative comfort food, sushi, seasonal dishes, and craft cocktails. If you're outgoing, organized, and able to stay gracious under pressure, we'd love to meet you. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities:

Welcome every guest with a friendly, professional attitude Manage reservations, waitlists, and table availability Seat guests efficiently while supporting an organized flow of service Provide accurate wait-time estimates Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions Communicate with servers, managers, and other team members Keep the host stand and entrance clean and organized Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return What We offer: Competitive Starting Salary of $15.00 an hour, plus tips Tips for take out orders Flexible scheduling Excellent discount program throughout the entire Serenitee Restaurant Group Employee Referral Program Training opportunities A supportive, energetic, team-oriented workplace

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused Dependable and punctual Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy restaurant environment Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
