Key Responsibilities:

Greeting & Seating:

Welcome customers warmly and make a positive first impression as they enter.

Managing Seating:

Coordinate the floor plan & assign tables to servers

Handling Reservations:

Book reservations via phone, Opentable, or in person

Reservation Management:

Assisting guests with their reservations, booking reservations and organizing the seating chart

Waitlist Management:

Give accurate wait times during busy hours

Communication:

Answer incoming phone calls & handle general inquiries

Supporting Staff:

Help clear or reset tables, tidy the lobby

Menu Maintenance:

Distributing menus and ensuring they are clean

Takeout:

Assisting guests with takeout orders and that delivery drivers are receiving the correct food order Skills Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. Effective communication, both verbal and written. Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively. Adaptability to changing situations and guest needs. Must be 18 or older for the position Full Time & Part Time Hours are available

•Prior Restaurant Experience is preferred
