Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Grassfields in Waltham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for great food and exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha or Micros POS systems. Provide timely and attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to make recommendations. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant setting. Familiarity with Aloha or Micros POS systems is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
