This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with viewers through live-streaming platforms to showcase and sell a variety of beauty products, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, haircare, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging shopping experience for our audience.

•-- Duties Present and demonstrate beauty products live on camera, highlighting features, benefits, and retail values to viewers. Interact with live viewers in real-time by answering questions, addressing comments, and maintaining an energetic and friendly on-screen presence. Explain product details clearly to help viewers make informed purchasing decisions. Engage with the audience to build rapport and encourage participation during live sessions. Promote products effectively to maximize viewer interest and sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes and promotional activities. Maintain a professional appearance and on-camera presence consistent with brand standards. Monitor live chat interactions to ensure a positive viewer experience. Stay informed about current beauty trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information.

•-- Requirements Proven experience or strong interest in beauty products, cosmetics, or related fields. Confident and charismatic on-camera presence with excellent communication skills. Ability to engage and interact dynamically with an online audience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly. Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing live sessions. Basic technical proficiency with streaming platforms such as Whatnot or similar live-shopping tools. Enthusiasm for beauty products and staying updated on industry trends. Prior experience in sales or customer engagement is a plus but not mandatory. Must be available for full-time work on-site.
