What You'll Do Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently Coordinate dining room flow to support service and enhance the guest experience Communicate effectively with managers and service staff regarding seating and pacing Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns with professionalism and composure Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our venues Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and host stand area Uphold Bluepoint Hospitality's commitment to exceptional service and hospitality What We're Looking For Previous hostess, hospitality, guest services, or front-of-house experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction Reliable attendance and punctuality Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional Appearance Standards As a representative of Bluepoint Hospitality, hosts and hostesses are expected to maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
