Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their event experience Assist with food and beverage service, including serving meals, drinks, and handling buffet or banquet setups Support food handling and preparation tasks to ensure quality presentation and safety standards are met Manage beverage service, including wine knowledge, drink mixing, and operating POS systems for transactions Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, resetting areas for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in dining spaces Collaborate with catering team members to coordinate event flow and guest needs seamlessly Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong guest services skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and beverage service—including wine knowledge—is a plus Experience with banquet or catering operations enhances your suitability for this role Ability to perform basic math for transactions and portioning tasks accurately Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food preparation practices Prior experience with POS systems or fine dining environments is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism This vibrant role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service.
