As the first and last point of contact for our guests, Hosts play a critical role in creating exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for individuals who are professional, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment. What You'll Do Welcome guests warmly and create a memorable first impression Manage reservations and waitlists while maintaining efficient seating flow Coordinate with management and service teams to optimize guest experience and table pacing Escort guests to tables and provide a polished arrival experience Communicate accurately regarding wait times and reservation status Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries professionally Support service teams and maintain organization at the host stand Assist in creating a smooth and elevated dining experience from arrival through departure Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or host experience preferred Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and polished demeanor Ability to remain calm and composed during high-volume service periods Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Ability to stand and move throughout shifts Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Growth and advancement opportunities Training and development Employee dining discounts Schedule Full-time opportunities available Evening shifts required Why Join Chickpea Hospitality?
