FINE DINING HOST EXPERIENCE A REQUIREMENT
Overview We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Responsibilities- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for seating assignments and transactions Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality role is a plus
- Knowledge of food service etiquette and procedures
