Job Overview Duties Greet guests and manage the seating process Use Toast Tables to maintain an accurate waitlist and table rotation Communicate wait times and seating information clearly Train and support new and younger hosts Help establish and maintain consistent host-stand procedures Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and managers Address guest concerns and involve a manager when needed Keep the host stand organized and running efficiently Experience/Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hosting, or another guest-focused role is preferred Experience managing reservations, waitlists, and guest seating is preferred Familiarity with Toast Tables or a similar restaurant reservation system is helpful Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette Ability to remain organized and manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest needs efficiently Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address guest concerns calmly and involve the manager on duty when needed Confidence providing direction and support to other members of the host team Availability to work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required If you enjoy working with people, helping a team succeed, and can remain organized and professional in a fast-paced and demanding restaurant environment, we encourage you to apply. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
