Part time Host / Hostess Toasted Oak Grill & Market in Novi Michigan, is seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow in the lounge. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests. We are looking for someone who will be flexible with availability for AM or PM shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. Manage guest flow to ensure proper seating for servers. Handle phone calls, reservations, and special requests. Take to-go orders as needed. Assist with table setting and dining room maintenance during peak periods. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong communication skills.
