Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience. You will also assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, contributing to an inviting atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements. Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and restrooms. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Support food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Experience in food handling and food service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of the food industry, including kitchen operations, is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
