This position is responsible for reservations, seating coordination, guest inquiries, and maintaining an organized and welcoming front-of-house area. At the Front Door Greet arriving and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact Manage reservations, waitlists, and booking systems such as OpenTable and Resy Provide guests with accurate wait-time estimates Maintain the seating chart and coordinate seating to balance server workloads Escort guests to their tables Answer incoming phone calls professionally Assist with reservations, takeout orders, and general guest questions Keep the entryway, host stand, and menus clean and organized Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests from arrival through departure Pay & Perks $15 per hour Shift meal Opportunity for growth within the company
