Must be 18+ years old. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests during events and parties. This role requires strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. If you enjoy working with children and have a flair for organizing events, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed throughout the event. Manage food service, including setup, serving, and cleanup, while adhering to safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during events. Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless event operations. Address any guest concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized party area before, during, and after events. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in theater or events management is preferred. Strong background in hospitality or food service is a plus. Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest inquiries effectively. Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is desirable. Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages.
