the first impression guests receive when they walk in, and the last impression they carry with them when they leave. A great host sets the tone for the entire dining experience. Think of yourself as the conductor of the floor: warm, organized, and always one step ahead, keeping the flow of the room smooth for guests and staff alike.

What You'll Do:

Greet and seat guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality Manage the flow of the floor, balancing sections and pacing to keep service running smoothly Communicate clearly and proactively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Multi-task confidently during high-volume periods without losing your composure or your smile Deliver a strong first and last impression on every single guest
