Responsibilities Engage every member who approaches the host stand with a friendly smile and offer to assist Make every member feel welcomed and "at home" Provide friendly service: greeting, seating, and waiting on all members Be knowledgeable of all food offerings including ingredients and methods of preparation; be able to explain all food items listed on the menu Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the dining area, and midday re-sets as needed Answering phone calls for reservations, takeout food, and events Knowledgeable of daily and upcoming events to provide information to members and guests when they enter the club Manage daily reservations Receive takeout orders over the phone and through our mobile app Monitor hospitality areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant Communicate with the Manager of any issues and assist as needed Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Food & Beverage Management Team Attend and participate at all scheduled meetings and trainings Provide feedback on guest comments or complaints to the management Benefits Competitive compensation Scholarship opportunities Flexible schedules Growth and development opportunities Holiday pay Complimentary daily staff meals Golf course access on select Mondays Qualifications Must be 16 years or older Consistent weeknight and weekend availability Presentable
