Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, following food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to assist with food preparation and presentation Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling food and beverages responsibly Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols to uphold health regulations Replenish supplies regularly, including food items, utensils, condiments, and beverages to ensure smooth service flow Assist with light cleaning duties such as dishwashing, wiping surfaces, and waste disposal to maintain a hygienic environment Support dietary accommodations by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting guests accordingly Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy breakfast hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred; fine dining or restaurant experience is a plus Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests in person Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Familiarity with POS systems for handling payments efficiently Ability to lift weight handling in the workplace as needed for setting up or cleaning stations Experience with food handling regulations, catering or banquet experience is advantageous Barista or culinary experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional breakfast offerings A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Embark on a rewarding journey where your hospitality talents shine!
