This position is Friday through Monday, 10:30 pm- 7:00 am Job Duties Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented, welcoming manner. Greet all guests with energy, a genuine smile, positive body language-focused eye contact, and in a timely fashion. Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and documenting issues as needed. Maintain company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others Remain composed and behave professionally during stressful situations and emergencies. Inspect rooms for safety. Assist with maintenance duties including unplug toilets, flip breakers, and turn water valves on or off. Remove trash and snow. Job Requirements Ability to work alone or in a team environment. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly Basic Computer Skills Physical Requirements Ability to frequently climb multiple flights of stairs and walk excessively Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40pounds and the ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 80 pounds. Required to have visual acuity to scan the grounds for a safe and clean environment
