Host/Hostess AKA Director of First Impressions :

) to greet, seat and ensure our wonderful customers have a 5-star experience! Come grow with us as we grow! •Must have night + weekend availability•Due to NC ALE requirements, candidate must be at least 18 years old. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Pour weekly wine experiences Manage reservations, seating arrangements, turning tables and table touches. Answer phone calls. Take takeout orders. Retail sales Stock wine and merchandise Nightly closing duties Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Communicate and effectively support kitchen staff and bartenders, servers to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries with tact and professionalism. Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Effectively communicate with manager and owners.
