• $25/hour + commission ## About Us Moncioni Fragrance Lab is a growing fragrance company based in Greensboro, NC.

We craft and sell our own perfumes, and we've built a loyal TikTok following with a lot of regulars who tune in: we're looking for someone to keep that community engaged and growing through live selling. ## About the Role We're hiring an energetic, natural-born salesperson to host daily TikTok Live sessions from our warehouse. You'll be the face of our brand on livestream: engaging viewers, building excitement, and selling our fragrances in real time. This isn't a script-reading job; we need someone who can hold a room, think on their feet, and keep an audience entertained for hours at a time. ## What You'll Do

• Host live TikTok sales sessions daily, 2 PM to 10 PM
• Engage viewers, answer questions, and build genuine connection with the audience
• Confidently explain fragrance notes, scent profiles, and product details
• Drive real-time sales during each live session
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout long broadcast hours
• Represent the Moncioni brand professionally and authentically on camera ## What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of sales experience required
• Strong on-camera presence and comfort speaking to a live audience
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• High energy, outgoing personality: you genuinely enjoy talking to people
• Ability to learn and confidently speak about fragrance notes and scents
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 2 PM to 10 PM shift, 5 days/week
• Prior livestream selling, TikTok Shop, or on-camera sales experience is a huge plus ## Compensation
• $25/hour base pay
