Heart of the House Hospitality is hiring experienced Hosts and Greeters for upcoming events in the Raleigh area. This is the role that sets the tone for the entire event — you welcome guests as they arrive, point them toward registration, sessions, dining, or activities, and keep the energy warm and the flow moving. If you genuinely enjoy people and take pride in a great guest experience, we want to hear from you. What you'll do Greet arriving guests and create a welcoming first impression Direct guests to activities, sessions, dining areas, restrooms, and coat check Answer questions about the event schedule and venue layout Manage guest flow at entrances and high-traffic areas Assist with check-in or credentialing as needed Communicate clearly with event staff and venue leadership Stay present, positive, and professional for the length of the shift What we're looking for Previous experience as a host, greeter, front desk agent, brand ambassador, or in a similar guest-facing role Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, outgoing presence Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Reliable transportation to venues across the Raleigh area Ability to follow direction and adapt quickly in a fast-moving event environment Why work with us Flexible scheduling — pick up the shifts that fit your life Weekly pay Consistent event work across the Triangle area Opportunities to move into lead and supervisory roles Work at some of the area's best hotels, venues, and conference spaces Schedule Shifts vary by event and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
