Host/Host Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system (Aloha POS)
• Assist in training new host/host staff members
