Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage restaurant reservations. Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization and guest flow Answer phone inquiries with clear communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times effectively to guests Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Support food safety standards by ensuring cleanliness and proper handling of guest areas Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills, including phone communication and guest interaction Familiarity with restaurant table management systems like Micros POS is advantageous Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently Basic math skills for handling seating calculations and reservation adjustments Knowledge of hospitality principles, guest services, and food safety standards Ability to remain energetic, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences! Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
