Guest Experience Host We are looking for someone with a bubbly, fun, and genuinely friendly personality to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. You'll be the first face our guests see and an important part of creating a fun, exciting experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and checking in customers Handling payments and reservations Encouraging guests to play and selling game slos Leading groups through a brief orientation before their experience Presenting and explaining a PowerPoint presentation to groups Speaking clearly and confidently to large groups of people Answering phones and assisting customers with questions Helping keep the lobby organized and welcoming Posting on social media and helping promote our business This position involves a lot of interaction with the public , so you must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and have excellent communication and people skills. Organizational skills, phone skills, and a positive, outgoing personality are a must! Opportunity to Become a Game Master Occasionally, we have openings for Game Masters , and Guest Experience Hosts who show potential may have the opportunity to move into this position over time. Game Masters learn the puzzles and details of all of our escape rooms and use a computer system behind the scenes to provide helpful clues and guidance to guests during their games. After each game, Game Masters debrief the group, relive the highlights of their experience, and answer any questions they may have. Game Masters are also responsible for carefully and accurately resetting each room for the next group. It's a fast-paced job with lots to learn, but the atmosphere is always fun, energetic, and welcoming!

Pay:

From $15.92 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
