Requirements:

Prior experience working in a restaurant preferably steakhouse experience Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and all work areas Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards Safe food handling procedures Follows all opening and closing procedures Positive attitude, reliable and punctual Ability to maintain professionalism Menu knowledge and the ability to adapt to change Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities include: As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated table with menus Handle guest complaints in a professional manner Manage waitlist & all customers waiting for their table Answer all incoming calls & walk-in customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Host Station and waiting area Assist with other duties as assigned Join us as a Host/Hostess where your welcoming nature will help create an inviting space for all our guests!
