Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage restaurant reservation systems to schedule and confirm bookings accurately Seat guests efficiently, coordinating with the service team to optimize table turnover Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, answering questions about wait times or reservations Maintain organized waiting lists and manage seating charts using restaurant table management systems such as Resy and Toast Assist with guest services by addressing special requests or concerns promptly and courteously Support food safety standards by ensuring cleanliness in the host/hostess station and adhering to hygiene protocols Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service environments, demonstrating strong guest relations skills Knowledge of restaurant reservation management and table management systems like Resy and Toast Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for managing reservations, seating counts, and billing procedures Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology tools for smooth operations Ability to maintain composure under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service Understanding of food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
