POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for someone who can sell, entertain, compete, and build a community. As an on-camera personality for our growing Pokémon TCG channel, you'll host live shows, sell products and singles, interact with viewers, hit sales targets, and create an experience that keeps customers coming back. This is more than a traditional sales position. You'll have the opportunity to help build a channel, community, and brand from the ground up.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are: Charismatic, confident, energetic, and comfortable on camera Passionate about Pokémon, the TCG, collecting, gaming, or live entertainment Knowledgeable about cards, sets, products, rarity, and market trends—or eager to learn Competitive, target-driven, and comfortable with sales and upselling Reliable and available for midday, evening, or overnight shifts Adaptable, ambitious, and excited to help build something new A collaborative team player who contributes ideas and supports those around them Comfortable being yourself, whether that means being funny, animated, analytical, competitive, or entertaining Experience in sales, live commerce, streaming, broadcasting, content creation, social media, acting, comedy, voice work, or customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required. We care more about personality, passion, reliability, work ethic, and potential than having a perfect résumé. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLive Hosting & Sales Prepare and independently run live Pokémon TCG shows from start to finish Sell Pokémon TCG products and singles through auctions and other live sales formats Work toward and consistently hit daily, weekly, and stream-specific sales targets Use product knowledge, storytelling, entertainment, and sales instincts to maximize bids and revenue Identify upselling opportunities and build relationships that turn first-time buyers into returning customers Maintain high energy, focus, and professionalism during consecutive hours of live programming Manage the pace of the show while selling, monitoring chat, and actively engaging the audience Adapt in real time when a stream needs more energy, a different approach, or a new strategy Studio & Technical Responsibilities Set up and maintain the streaming space, products, displays, workstations, and equipment Operate and troubleshoot cameras, microphones, lighting, monitors, streaming software, and auction tools Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and ready for each show Work with moderators and fellow streamers to maintain an organized and engaging broadcast environment Product Knowledge & Community Building Educate customers about Pokémon products, sets, cards, collecting, and market trends Stay current on new releases, products, pricing, and collector interests Create a safe, welcoming, entertaining, and community-driven environment for viewers Learn and execute multiple stream formats, games, promotions, and sales strategies Build genuine relationships with viewers and encourage repeat customers Creative Contribution Contribute ideas for new stream segments, promotions, games, and sales strategies Help develop social media content and short-form videos Experiment with new ways to present products and improve viewer engagement Represent the company professionally on and off camera Continuously improve your hosting, sales, technical, and audience-engagement skills
OPPORTUNITY TO CONTRIBUTE
We'll provide the tools, products, formats, and training to help you succeed—but your personality and ideas are what will make the show stand out. We're looking for streamers who want to help shape the channel, suggest new ideas, experiment with better ways to entertain and sell, and contribute to the creative direction of the brand. If you're passionate about Pokémon, collecting, gaming, or the TCG community, that connection should come through naturally in the way you host and interact with viewers.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
This role is for someone who wants to become excellent at hosting, sales, entertainment, and community building —not someone simply looking to clock in and out. You'll thrive here if you are: Competitive and motivated by goals Dependable and consistent Comfortable being on camera Passionate about Pokémon and the TCG space Eager to improve and take feedback Able to maintain energy for extended live shows Excited to grow with a fast-moving company and help build something people genuinely want to watch
