Sweet Potatoes Restaurant and Catering and event planning company is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individuals who is passionate about hospitality in the food and beverage industry to join our team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Ensuring all event information is up to date and fully detailed prior to the event for all involved parties. Communicates standards and expectations to all event staff and front of the house staff. Run the setup and execute of events and maintain calendars of events. Answering phones and using office equipment and working knowledge of a POS system.

Required skills:

Conflict resolution, customer service high volume service, engaging with guest reservations bookings and catering events management, knowledge of POS system and restaurant management software time management, attention to detail, adaptability, problem solving effective communication, quality control, ability to follow orders, honesty, ability to work with small team, patience ,self-motivated, adaptability to different roles. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask exceptional team player one year of general restaurant experience and positive attitude and strong work ethic flexible availability nights weekends and holidays.
