Job Description

MJ's is seeking a Host/Hostess that is available year-round. Are you highly organized? Thoughtful? Running a restaurant is challenging - are you up for the task? We are a high volume, fast-paced restaurant, with limited seating options. We get creative, think on our toes and adapt to situations as needed. We are seeking someone that can organize reservations to maximize our capacity and successfully run wait lists amidst regular operations. This position will be part to full-time, weekends required. This new position starts at 16 plus tips, opportunity for advancement/review structure as position allows. Please meet with us for more details!

Our requirements:

Ability to multi-task. Must answer phones, clean tables, run food, coordinate wait lists & reservations, all while keeping composure.
Willingness to learn menu & expedite food
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be available weekends
