Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for a Restaurant Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our dining guests, the Restaurant Host/Hostess sets the tone for a warm and welcoming experience. You'll manage reservations, greet guests, and support the seamless flow of service within the restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival Maintain an organized waitlist and manage guest flow during busy service periods Provide accurate wait times and accommodate special seating requests when possible Call out parties when tables become available and escort guests to their tables Seat guests in a manner that balances guest preferences and server sections Assist with maintaining a clean and tidy dining room, including clearing and resetting tables Collaborate with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth dining operations

Qualifications:

Open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure Prior host/hostess experience in a high volume restaurant required

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
