Guest Experience Manager First Choice Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead engaging brewery tours and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, storytelling, local history, and craft brewing, with the confidence to connect with a wide range of visitors. As a Tour Guide, you will serve as an ambassador for the company, sharing the story of our brewery, its traditions, brewing process, and place in the local community. You'll lead guests through the brewery and historic spaces while providing an informative, entertaining, and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities Lead scheduled brewery tours for individuals, families, groups, and special events. Deliver engaging presentations about the brewery's history, heritage, brewing traditions, and products. Explain the brewing process in a clear and accessible way to guests with varying levels of knowledge. Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional guest service throughout each tour. Answer guest questions accurately and professionally, knowing when to seek additional information. Conduct tastings when applicable and follow all responsible alcohol-service and safety requirements. Help guests understand and appreciate the brewery's connection to the local community and its legacy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tour environment. Assist with gift shop, taproom, event, or other hospitality duties as needed. Represent Legacy Brewery's brand, values, and history with enthusiasm and professionalism. Follow established safety procedures and communicate any hazards or guest concerns to management. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can do more than recite facts. The best candidate will bring the company's story to life—connecting our history, people, products, and community to create an experience guests will remember. If you love meeting new people, enjoy telling a great story, and want to help preserve and share the legacy of a historic brewery, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and public-speaking skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in hospitality. Ability to tell stories in an engaging and memorable way. Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage groups effectively. Interest in beer, brewing, history, tourism, or hospitality is highly desirable. Previous tour guide, hospitality, customer service, museum, brewery, or public-speaking experience is a plus. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must meet all applicable legal requirements for working around and/or serving alcohol. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and active brewery environments.
