Responsibilities:

Clear dirty table settings in dining room and prepare table for resetting Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments Maintain and set up trays and tables to be ready for incoming guests Keep all supplies, condiments, and rolled silverware stocked and trays clean Deliver hot and cold food in a timely manner Carry trays up to 30 lbs or push equipment to needed location for patio/events Assist food servers in clearing tables
