Marietta, Ohio Join the team at Marietta's premier destination for dining, entertainment, and hospitality! The Galley, The Adelphia Music Hall, and The Hackett Hotel are located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for guests—and a dynamic, rewarding workplace for you. We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and outgoing Host/Hostess to help create an exceptional first impression for our guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, remains composed under pressure, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly using the host/hostess script and escort them to their tables Manage dining reservations and accommodate special requests, including parties and events Maintain a neat and organized front-of-house environment, including the dining room and service stations Set the tone for a positive and welcoming guest experience from the moment guests walk in Communicate guest concerns or complaints to management to ensure a timely and effective resolution Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient seating flow
