We are hiring a host/hostess to work Monday through Friday (10:30am-4pm), with some weekend & holiday scheduling required. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused person to join our casual dining team. As the first and last point of contact for guests, this position plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude. Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Maintain accurate wait times and communicate them to guests. Coordinate seating with servers and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrance area. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Assist with light cleaning and side work as assigned. Support other team members as needed to ensure excellent guest service.
