Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive in-person customer service throughout their breakfast experience Assist with food preparation, ensuring breakfast items are served fresh, appealing, and in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies to uphold hygiene standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food handling and basic culinary tasks as needed Process food delivery truck. Follow food safety management protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and proper food handling practices Support catering or special event setups when required, contributing to a seamless guest experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining or restaurant environments Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, food handling standards, and culinary practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Experience with POS systems and processing cash transactions accurately Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory management Familiarity with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior catering or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Breakfast Host and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality every morning!
