In this frontline hospitality role, you will greet and seat guests in the dining room, manage reservations, coordinate with servers, and ensure a pleasant, efficient mealtime experience. You'll answer questions, provide menu guidance, accommodate special needs, and support a clean, safe environment. Working with a compassionate, mission-driven team, you help create a friendly, dignified atmosphere that enriches the daily lives of older adults while gaining experience in healthcare and hospitality. Responsibilities Warmly greet and seat residents, families, and guests in the dining room Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments Communicate seating flow and guest needs to servers and dining staff Provide basic menu information and accommodate special needs or requests Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming host station and entrance area Respond professionally to questions, feedback, and minor complaints Coordinate with care and dining teams to support residents with mobility or dietary needs Follow community, safety, and infection control policies and procedures Required Skills Customer service Front-of-house operations Reservation management Point-of-sale familiarity Basic food safety knowledge Conflict de-escalation Verbal communication Multitasking Basic computer skills Time management
