In this hospitality-focused role, you'll greet and seat guests in our dining venues, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate with servers and culinary staff, and ensure a pleasant, safe, and accessible experience for older adults. You'll answer questions, provide basic assistance, and support special events. Responsibilities Warmly greet and seat residents, families, and guests in dining areas Manage reservations, waitlists, and table rotations for efficient service Coordinate with servers and culinary staff to ensure timely, accurate seating Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible host stand and entry area Answer guest questions and provide basic assistance to older adults Support special events, holiday meals, and group reservations Monitor dining room flow and communicate delays or changes to guests Follow food safety, infection control, and safety protocols Document and relay resident dining preferences or concerns Contribute to a respectful, mission-driven, and team-focused culture Required Skills Guest reception Dining room operations Reservation management Point-of-sale familiarity Customer service Basic food safety knowledge Conflict de-escalation Communication skills Time management Team collaboration
