Bridgeville, PA Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first person our guests meet, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience while helping the restaurant run efficiently. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times. Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations. Handle takeout orders and guest inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance. Communicate effectively with servers, sushi bar, and kitchen staff. Assist with opening and closing duties. Help maintain a smooth guest flow during busy service. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Reliable and punctual. Weekend and holiday availability preferred. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
