Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our growing e-commerce business. This position involves both hosting and supporting livestream sales of jewelry, accessories, and craft products. Depending on the day's schedule, you may host livestreams, assist other team members during livestreams, or perform other livestream-related tasks. When livestreams are not in progress, you will help with product preparation, inventory organization, labeling, packaging, shipping, and other warehouse duties as needed. No previous livestream experience is required—we will provide training. Responsibilities Host or assist with livestream sales and product presentations. Help prepare products and livestream materials. Maintain an organized inventory and workspace. Label, package, and prepare products as needed. Assist with shipping customer orders when required. Support daily warehouse and e-commerce operations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Fluent spoken English with clear communication skills. Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with customers during livestreams. Interest in jewelry, fashion accessories, crafts, or creative products. Able to remain focused and maintain a positive attitude during livestream sessions lasting 2-3 hours. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and computer.
