Duties Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide a positive first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and clear communication, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services environments is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Demonstrated hospitality skills, including serving, guest engagement, and conflict resolution Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and seating logistics Weekend availability preferred This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
