Job Description
Job Summary As a Host, you will welcome guests to our restaurant, creating a warm and inviting environment from the get go. Your positive and friendly personality will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience and your attention to detail will ensure an efficient, guest-focused atmosphere. Duties Warmly greet guests Maintain a level of professionalism at all times Manage reservations using reservation software Manage the waitlist and guests Answer phone calls and take to-go orders Seat guests and hand out menus Maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications A friendly and outgoing personality Excellent communication skills with an energetic demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Able to stand and walk for long shifts No prior experience necessary - we will train qualified candidates! We are looking to hire one day host ( Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunch from 11:00 - 4:00) and two evening/weekend hosts. Ability to be flexible and cover any shift a plus.
