Job Description

Hostess/Host:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for members and guests. This role is key to creating a welcoming, organized, and polished dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat members and guests promptly and courteously. Manage reservations and wait lists. Coordinate table flow with servers and management. Answer phones and assist with member inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized host stand.

Qualifications:

Previous host or hospitality experience preferred. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Member-focused, service-oriented mindset. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
