As a Host, you'll manage reservations, greet guests with genuine friendliness, and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Manage reservation systems using POS platforms such as Skytab POS or Toast POs to organize seating arrangements Coordinate waitlists and seating flow to minimize wait times and maximize guest satisfaction Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate effectively with guests throughout their visit Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and provide information about menu options or restaurant services Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and waiting areas Collaborate with servers and restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure Experience Prior experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant environments preferred Strong communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Familiarity with POS systems such as Skytab POS or Toast is advantageous Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating excellent guest services and hospitality skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism Experience in serving or guest services enhances your ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service Join us in creating memorable moments for every guest!
