Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression Manage restaurant reservation systems and seating charts to optimize table turnover Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations or waitlist details Coordinate with the dining staff to ensure timely seating and guest flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting areas Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodate seating preferences whenever possible Experience Prior experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest needs simultaneously Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by welcoming every guest with enthusiasm! Pay:
