As a Host, you are the first and last impression our guests have of The Heirloom Room — the warm, welcoming presence that sets the tone for the entire dining experience from the moment they walk through the door. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a polished, courteous guest experience on every shift. What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a welcoming and seamless arrival experience Maintain positive guest relations throughout the dining experience, addressing needs and concerns with courtesy and professionalism Be aware of wait times and communicate them clearly and proactively to guests Extend a genuine, courteous farewell to every departing guest Maintain familiarity with the menu and highlight featured items for guests when appropriate Operations & Standards Maintain complete knowledge of table and seat numbers and proper table setups Guide servers and bus persons on table setup and guest flow throughout each shift Stay in constant communication with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure timing and food preparation is synchronized with guest flow Check with the kitchen regularly to confirm menu item availability Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dining room at all times Restock supplies and complete closing duties as assigned Follow all AATMOS standard operating procedures and service standards What We're Looking For Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior customer service experience strongly preferred Skills & Abilities Warm, approachable demeanor with strong verbal communication skills Ability to memorize and describe menu items and navigate a fast-paced dining environment independently Ability to work effectively as part of a team and solve problems independently when needed Physical & Schedule Requirements Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout each shift and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working primarily indoors with some outdoor patio exposure and varying temperatures Benefits & Perks Medical insurance Discounted vision and dental insurance Employee hotel travel program with discounted rooms across the AATMOS portfolio Paid time off, vacation pay, and sick pay ZayZoon daily pay — access your earned wages when you need them Opportunities for career growth within a growing hospitality group At AATMOS, we're committed to a positive, inclusive workplace where passionate hospitality professionals can thrive and grow.
