As the first point of contact, you will help us create a warm, friendly environment. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help streamline seating, manage takeout orders, and ensure smooth operations across the front-of-house. Duties Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude, making them feel instantly welcomed Manage seating arrangements efficiently using in-house systems Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking orders as needed Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality Assist guests with special requests or accommodations, ensuring their needs are met promptly Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and effectively Skills Proven experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant environments Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and management Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of hospitality standards, including serving, or guest services experience preferred Exceptional interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Hours This is an evening position, Tuesday - Saturday, 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm Friday and Saturday availablity is required
