At Hotel ZaZa, the Host is the first impression of the guest experience. This role is essential in delivering a warm, engaging, and personalized level of service that reflects our luxury boutique brand. The Host serves as the brand ambassador while managing all guest interactions with professionalism and style.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, creating a warm and polished first impressionManage reservations, answer calls, and coordinate guest seating based on service flowMaintain control of the host stand during high- volume periodsIntroduce guests to their server and ensure a smooth transition of the serviceStay informed on menus, daily specials, promotions, and hotel informationAssist with light service duties, including making coffee, running food, and supporting table resetsSupport opening and closing tasks while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-houseUphold grooming, uniform and Hotel ZaZa service Standards, including all safety protocolsQualifications:
Previous host experience preferred.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
