Your role will be all about engaging with a live audience, showcasing products and driving sales during the live streamed shows. You'll be selling both alongside others and solo, so confidence, charisma, and flexibility are key. If you're comfortable being on camera, love talking to people, and thrive in fast paced environments, this is the job for you!
How the Schedules will look:
Our streaming schedule varies from day to day based on our live schudule. Morning streams can typically start anywhere from 10:00AM-2:00PM, while evening streams may start anywhere around 5:00PM and can sometimes run into the early morning hours. Candidates must be comfortable with a flexible schedule and late-night hours. (MONDAY-SATURDAY) Key Responsibilities Host and sell products live on the TikTok app in a fun, professional, and engaging way. Bring engird, personality, and authenticity to every show. Interact with e live audience and answer questions in real time. Work both with a team or solo Assist in prepping for shows (organizing items, setting up the space, reviewing product details, COA paperwork for Luxury items) Help maintain a clean, and organized selling space Learn and follow our best practices for successful selling Track performance and adapt to what drive engagement and sales Be open to feedback and eager to grow - we offer pay raises based on performance.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who is comfortable being on camera and speaking to an audience- audience can see you, but you won't see them. High energy, positive attitude, and great communications skills Able to work evenings & night consistently Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Experience with live selling, retail, or performing is a plus but not required Team player who can also handle solo shows when needed Social media, fashion, or sales knowledge is a bonus How to
