Job Description

Valley Mills Vineyards is a family-run winery just west of Waco, TX producing 100% Texas-grown wine. The tasting room at our Estate Winery is open daily from 12-6 PM.

Job Title:

Tasting Room Host Role:

Part-time.. Mostly Friday, Saturday, Sunday shifts available.

Reports to:

Tasting Room Manager Compensation for part-time staff: starting at $15/hr plus tips and commissions.

Qualifications:

Wine industry, restaurant industry, or other service/retail experience preferred.

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality. An eye for the details that contribute to a guest's experience. Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Serving guests in the tasting room of our Estate Winery. Selling wine by the tasting, glass, and bottle. Giving tours of our grounds and facility. Encouraging guests to become Wine Club Members.
